Terms & Conditions

1- Cash & Credit Policy:

  • All invoices should be paid in cash and in full upon receival of the prosthesis, appliances and/or services, unless agreed otherwise.
  • If the client requests to establish credit, initial credit will be limited to AED 1000, until credit is established.
  • Credit with SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC can be established using a Credit Application Form or based on evaluating the client’s history with SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC.
  • Any established credit may be revoked if the client’s payments are not paid on time.

 

2- Payment Terms:

  • Clients will receive an invoice with every case delivered detailing the products and associated fees incurred.
  • Clients must examine all prosthesis, appliances to verify quality and conformity to the prescribing dentist’s specifications before signing and stamping the invoice.
  • Any use, sale, alteration or modification of the appliance or failure to notify and return the appliance to SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC within 7 days of receival of the item shall constitute acceptance of the product by client.
  • Clients will receive a monthly statement at the end of each month listing all outstanding invoices.
  • Payment of the outstanding balance is due within 14 days of the statement date unless there is an established credit or agreed otherwise.
  • Payments may be made by cash, check or bank transfer.
  • Late payments can result in interruption of service. SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC may refuse new or complete existing orders on accounts with past due balances. 
  • Any accounts not paid within 14 days of the statement date (or any other agreed period of time) will be converted to cash on delivery basis and will be sent to a collection agency if the client refuses to pay the past due balance .
  • Client shall pay all costs of collection incurred by SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC, including without limitation, collection agency and attorneys’ fees.
  • All payments made by (or credits or discounts granted to) clients while a past due balance exists shall be applied first to past due balances before being applied to current balances, unless elected otherwise by SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC.

 

3- Limited Liability, Limited Warranty, Remake policy: 

  • SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC warrants that all fixed and removable dental prosthetics as well as any other dental or orthodontic appliances will be constructed according to the prescribing dentist’s specifications and fit the provided model.
  • Prosthesis/appliances manufactured by SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC are guaranteed to be free of defects resulting from materials and/or workmanship.
  • SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC will repair or remake any product that is manufactured by SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC and fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within a period of one year from date of invoice.
  • If any prosthesis/appliance fails during the applicable warranty period, the client may elect to receive one of the following:
    1. Credit: credit will be issued and applied to Client’s account within 30 days of request by client. 
    2. Remake/Repair: during the warranty period.
  • For the warranty to be effective, the original dental prosthesis/appliance MUST be returned to SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC.
  • If the product is damaged, send the prosthesis/appliance back with the damaged portion to facilitate the repair.
  • If the original appliance is not returned, the full amount will be charged.

 

SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC Limited Liability, Limited Warranty, Remake Policy will not apply to any account that is past due. SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC reserves the right to refuse accepting any new cases and processing remake cases until the balance is paid in full 

 

The following shall not be covered by SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC warranty:

  • If a remake is requested after SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC reported that the provided case records are incomplete/unsatisfactory including but not limited to (faulty bite registration/ impression, intraoral scans..etc) and client elects to proceed with the completion of the case without making any adjustment, refuses a try-in, or does not supply requested records.
  • If a remake is requested due to a treatment plan or material change from the original request.
  • If a remake is requested because the client requested a tooth shade different from the original request or provided new impressions after starting manufacturing
  • If a remake is requested for immediate/surgical partials or dentures or treatments with healing extractions.
  • If a remake is requested because the appliance fits the model but does not fit in the mouth.
  • If a remake is requested and the remake reason is not specified, original materials or appliance(s) are not returned.
  • Repairs resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tooth structure or tissue structures, improper adjustments, or dental hygiene.
  • Any additional costs or fees associated with removal, insertion, adjustments, repairs and replacement of dental prosthesis or appliances and payable to any other party.
  • Restorations partially fabricated or completely fabricated by any lab other than SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC.

 

In any of the cases stated above the Limited Liability, Limited Warranty, Remake policy is null and void and any further repair/remake will be completed at full cost.

 

SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC can amend the Limited Liability, Limited Warranty, Remake policy at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

 

4- Work Flow Regulations:

SWIFT ARTIFICIAL TEETH MANUFACTURING LLC is dedicated to providing the best quality digital services, dental appliances and restoration possible, in order to help us meet the standards you expect; kindly read the following notes.

 

  • All job orders and other forms of electronic records (CBCT, X-rays, intra-oral scans, photos, etc.) should be uploaded through the doctor portal and the dedicated portals of intra-oral scanners. 
  • Please enclose all materials sent to the lab in the plastic bag provided and labeled (BIO_HAZARD). We follow a rigorous protocol of handling potentially infectious materials and infection control.
  • The laboratory reserves the right to request additional records in case of insufficient or missing records provided in order to deliver a high-quality restoration.
  • Please allow for 3 working days for cases between 1-3 units

4 working days for cases between 4-10 units

7 working days for full mouth veneer and complex cases

These turnaround times are only for reference, and could be adjusted according to each individual case needs

  • Only CAD/CAM Lithium disilicate restorations between 1 to 3 units can be delivered within 24 hours
  • Photos sent for Digital Smile Design should be of highest resolution possible (all formats are accepted).
  • For surgical guide fabrication please contact our specialist, the treatment planning is based on the orders of the prescribing dentist and subject to his/her approval
  • All job orders sent to the laboratory as STL files or equivalent will be delivered on 3D printed models with no extra charge.
  • Precious and Semi-Precious alloys used for Porcelain Fused to Metal restorations will be weighed before any ceramic work and the price will be determined accordingly.
  • Ti-Base is the responsibility of the dentist and to be provided with the case.
  • Orthodontic bands are the responsibility of the orthodontist and to provide with the impressions.
  • Urgent cases (to be delivered earlier than normal working mentioned) are welcomed however, a 25% additional charge will be applied to the normal rates
  • Non-listed items and special requests are welcomed and will be priced separately
  • We encourage the collaboration between the dentist and the laboratory, please contact us for discussion and treatment planning.
